懲りずに、また焼いてみました。
見た目は毎回変わりませんが、
やっぱり膨らんでません。というか、1回目より悪いんじゃないかと。そしてこの内容をmixiに書いたところ、お菓子作りをやってるマイミクさんからアドバイスをいただきました。次回はアドバイスを元に…きっと。
そういえば、ふと思ったんですけど、別にスポンジに砂糖入れなくても問題ないのでしょうか。無いなら、別にそこまで甘みを求めてないから、かなりカットしようかと思うのです。
